    • We’re committed innovation, so we’re always expanding our roster of talented attorneys. Our office is a supportive, welcoming place for new hires where doors are open and hierarchies are disrespected on purpose. Come by any day, and you’ll see senior partners collaborating with junior associates. Here, everyone’s ideas are valuable, and we work together to reach the best results. We primarily hire through our summer associate program with interviews on the region’s top campuses each fall.
  • Summer Associate Program
    • We offer a rigorous 12-week summer associate program to give you a taste of life at Carson Boxberger with social events and hands-on experiences in several practice areas. If you qualify for the program, we’ll pair you with one of our associates who will act as your mentor, answering questions about what it’s like to work with us and monitoring your progress. If it goes well, we’ll hire you with the intention of retaining you for post-law school employment and, ultimately, partnership.
  • Benefits and Compensation
    • We reward hard work with competitive compensation and benefits. We offer one of the highest compensation rates for first-year associates and discretionary bonuses on a yearly basis. Other benefits include:
