Jason M. Kuchmay’s practice covers the areas of business litigation, real estate litigation and probate litigation, and he practices in state and federal courts, and before agencies such as the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Jason also has substantial experience litigating riparian rights disputes before the Natural Resources Commission.
His law experience began at the University of Toledo College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1998. While there, Jason was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as the executive editor of the University of Toledo Law Review.
